Saturday, June 25, 2016 - Ten Days in Burgundy, Champagne, and Paris; 6/24/2016-7/6/2016: Much better showing than the last bottle. Good nose with plenty of development of rich white fruit. Quite grainy with nice cereal notes. Still very lively and sweet on the palate. Some stony minerality too.
