Wednesday, September 20, 2023 - Until about 2019 vintages onwards I always found the Bannockburn having a 'hard' element (for want of a better term) This 2017 I found the same, but less so, however after a couple of hours decant that character disappeared and became much more accessible and open. Very nice indeed if not as long and complex as I hoped. Will leave the others for another year or so.
