Friday, June 26, 2020 - Clear, deep, purple color
Clean, developing, pronounced aromas of black currants, black plum, stewed fruits, vanilla, smoke, nutmeg, clove, figs, prunes, chocolate.
Sweet, high acid, juicy medium tannin, high alcohol (20% ABV), pronounced flexors, full body, long finish. Flavors of black plum, black currant, fig, prune, nutmeg, smoke, cloves.
Outstanding quality.
Can drink now but has potential for aging.
