Tuesday, June 5, 2018 - 2016 Vintage Port - the Symington Family Estates (Restaurant Entrepot Amsterdam): Bottled in April (in advance) for this en primeur tasting. very young and deep colour, lovely integrated cherries, acidity fractionally higher; very elegant, showing some minerals (tea), therefore giving the impression of more ripeness. Only 1,220 cases made.
