Sunday, February 10, 2019 - White Rhone blend with a little bit of skin contact. Acidic/phenolic upon first opening. Lots of fruit on the nose- stone to tropical fruit, peaches, some greenness. With some air becomes much more integrated, with a fuller feeling midpalate. Drank with spaghetti carbonara, and the acidity made it a good pairing that cut through the richness.
