Saturday, July 31, 2021 - Beautiful yellow gold color. Nicely balanced. Lemon lime on the palate with just the right amount of sweetness and minerality. Bracing shot of acidity on the finish. My remaining bottles won’t make it to 2044. Bravo!!!
