Wednesday, July 13, 2022 - Subtle nose - floral and peaches? Honeyed Apple with a striking lemon and lime acidity. Real sweetness but so balanced by the acidity. Showing a lovely complexity and different layers of notes and flavours Inc some tertiary gun flint. Still young!

Very good but not as sensational compared to the first time I had this.
