Thursday, February 1, 2024 - Probably one of the greatest Rieslings I have ever tasted.
Green golden color.
Tastes like an off-dry version of high end ice wine. Crystalline purity of tropical fruit, acacia flowers, honey, propolis, lime, mint and hints of petrol. Excellent balance of acids, sugars and dry extract. Super long (unendlich) finish.
A wow wine!
