Saturday, February 2, 2019 - This wine (89% merlot, 11% cabernet franc) needs further aging, the high tannins at the moment still overpower the fruit flavors (black cherry, bramble). Also flavors of smoke and tobacco. Aromas of raspberry, bramble, caramel and charred wood.
