Thursday, September 29, 2022 - Delicious stuff; ripe orchard fruits, citrus peel, saline notes; the palate is a bit rounder than some, but still recognizably Chablis with very good depth and persistence. Improved with air. Doesn't seem like a long term prospect to me, but certainly improving over the next 3-4 years.
