Not the most enjoyable bottle -- the underlying elements are there, but there was a pretty strong bitter note that was pretty disjointed with the rest of the wine and never fully integrated (although it did improve) within the 2.5 hour dinner. Still what you expect in terms of underlying layers.

Delicious stuff; ripe orchard fruits, citrus peel, saline notes; the palate is a bit rounder than some, but still recognizably Chablis with very good depth and persistence. Improved with air. Doesn't seem like a long term prospect to me, but certainly improving over the next 3-4 years.

This bottle had a poorly sealed cork with some evidence of seepage up one side; the color seemed a bit more advanced than I would normally expect, however the wine still performed reasonably well; it had a more tropical feel and was a touch rounder so may have been a little advanced, but still very enjoyable. Will be curious to see how the other bottles perform in comparison.

More obviously lovely than the last bottle (or just my mood then - or now?), brimming with lemon, white peach, lime, yuzu, and sea breeze - just so lovely. So - 93+?

The 16 Dauvissat Forest is still immature but offers an engaging stone fruit, lemon zest nose with the Chablis maritime accent coming across as more of an (appealing) seaweed than the usual oyster shell. It will be fun to see this again in 3-4 years and I much prefer it to the 2015.
