Monday, December 31, 2007 - Paired this wine with baked cod in meyer lemon foam. Tropical fruit flavors in the wine complimented the citrus flavors in the food perfectly. Wine had a light bouquet of lychee nuts and tasted of honeydew melon, green grass, maybe even some coconut on the end. Finish decent but short. Good value and much better than I expected.
