Monday, June 14, 2021 - Ungiving on night one, even after 3 hours. Muted notes of black currant and forest floor, with a heavy dose of oak. Opened up a bit on night two, with integrated notes of blackberry, black currant, and oak, with hints of bell pepper in the background. The plush, velvety mouthfeel is a plus.
