Tuesday, June 21, 2022 - Appearance: pale lemon.
Nose: medium plus intensity; aromas of lemon, Granny Smith apple, toast, honeysuckle. Developing.
Palate: dry with a little residue sugar, high acidity, medium alcohol, medium body, medium plus flavour intensity, medium plus finish with lovely creamy note.
Refreshing and great balance. It’s the kind of wine that I can keep sipping and not realising it’s gone!
