Tuesday, April 18, 2017 - Burgundy Dinner - René Engel and 1978s (Formento's - Chicago IL): In 1978 flight. Rich and fully mature with lots of mushroom and spice. Very enjoyable, with more nuance and complexity emerging with air. Moderate length and weight, but this kept unfolding in new and interesting directions, without ever getting tired.
