Monday, November 16, 2020 - I have no idea how this held up so well. It got lost, and was destined for the vinegar pot. But I tasted before pouring, and decided it was for drinking. Nose shows apple, salt water, mineral, and mace and white pepper. Palate remains acidic and fresh, with lemon, green apple and sea water. Not showing age at all. Even still has spritz hints. This has me rethinking Txakoli.
