Saturday, August 28, 2021 - Lovely nose of citrus and brioche with lots of minerality and complexity. Nice acidity on the palate with soft bubbles, more lemon and wet rock notes. Fresh and crisp with a long finish. This is an outstanding wines, so subtle and complex!
