Lovely nose of citrus and brioche with lots of minerality and complexity. Nice acidity on the palate with soft bubbles, more lemon and wet rock notes. Fresh and crisp with a long finish. This is an outstanding wines, so subtle and complex!

Thirsty late night drink at Maison Dakota. Drank in Gabriel Standart. Bottle disgorged April 2018. Millesime 2014. Appearance is clear, medium intensity, yellow lemon colour. Thin legs. Fast fading bubbles. Nose is clean, pronounced intensity, with aromas of stony minerality, chalk, perfumed flowers, toastiness, light smokiness, citrus lemon-lime. Developing. On the palate, dry, sublime zippy high acidity, medium- alcohol (12.5%), medium body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of green apples, citrus lemon-lime, sweet honeyed stone fruits, chalky limestone, pebbly stones minerality . Deep fruit towards the very long finish. Very good quality. Impressive champagne. Never thought 100% Pinot Blanc could be so good. Such depth. Old vines planted in 1960.

Sharp as a knife, with length. This is young, so I will save my other bottle for several years and see how this evolves. I suspect it will be even better. Quite impressed with this wine

This was really great. Apricot , quince, and hints of ginger. Great acidity with the super fine bubbles. Impeccable balance. 96 pts
