Monday, November 3, 2003 - ($60) Dinner in Las Vegas at Bistro Baccus: Yum…14.5% alcohol. A very nice Cab with cedar and red currant fruit. Toasty sweet oak with a hint of anise. Structured tannin but definitely drinkable now. Tons of length and excellent balance.
