Sunday, November 8, 2009 - Very nice. Taste from Elysian day after.
End of bottle, some sediment in the glass.
Deep dark glass staining inky ruby color.
Nose of rich boisenberries, chocolate, cassis, leather and classic Napa terroir.
Palate is dense and very well textured. More dark robust and rustic cherries, chocolate, espresso bean and more leather.
Silky tannins structuer with nice acidity.
Still another decade under the belt on this bottling.
Excellent weight on the palate. Very nice.
