Thursday, October 28, 2010 - The nose was a little closed as was the palate at first, but the wine opened up after about an hour. I would decant next time. This wine's tannins seem to have taken the front seat over its fruit now. The structure and mouth feel are still fantastic. Definitely improves with air time.
