Tuesday, February 15, 2011 - Wife thought nearly the perfect wine. Not bad for the day after Valentine's day. Had with fillet. Drinking very well after about an hour decant. Very full bodied, lots of fruit, still with some tannins but doubt it will improve with more age. Would not be a wine with those with a French palate. I can see why one would not drink anything other than CA cabs if you had the wares and foresight to buy the better wines.
