Sunday, December 14, 2003 - Took to Bonaire with us to Cappricio and had with tenderloin. Amazing wine. Starting to close down from tasting a couple of months ago, but began opening up after two hours. Amazing purity of fruit with a finish that just doesn't quit. Wait until 2006 before trying again.
