Monday, October 15, 2012 - Out of the decanter this was herbal and structured with hints of fruit and classic earthy Cabernet character....the palate was medium + bodied, ripe but balanced and it really blossomed with time. Stacked against '99 monte bello, '01 Tanbark Hill, '02 Bin 707 and '02 KJ Napa Mtn., this was the wine I kept coming back to....as the night progressed, this got better and better....if I had more, I'd happily drink it over the next 3-5 years +...beautiful Cabernet.
