Sunday, December 9, 2012 - This cab has aged and is drinking extremely well. Still plenty of life left in the bottle - wishing it wasn't my last '01. Black cherry, vanilla, currant, hints of spice and some cedar notes. Twirl it in the glass and watch the legs run on for ever...
