Monday, January 13, 2014 - Black ruby, barely fading at the edges. Opened up over 3 days. Initially, blackberry, currant, cherry, and slight cedar. Later, more black cherry and coffee. Big bodied, rich, and still chewy with ripe, wonderful, ample tannins on the long and delicious finish. This is still acting like a young wine, and is going great places. Wish I had more.
