Friday, December 23, 2016 - Sadly, the last of my 2001 Pride Cabernet. This bottle drank extremely well and still had plenty of life, a few notches better than the previous two bottles. Fruit took center stage over the oak, which has receded to a slight herbal character. Killer wine, wish that pride wines were still made in this vein. Great job Mr. Foley.
