Wednesday, May 17, 2017 - P&P Dark garnet colour. On the nose the wine is much shyer compared to the display on the palate. I did not want to decant for several hours risking to loose what might be left in there. No worries. There is still lots going on. The wine is packed with ripe dark fruits and tertiary notes are present at about the same level. Some acidity which could probably carry the wine for another few years and just the right amount of oak makes this a very pleasant experience. At a great point right now.
