Thursday, February 9, 2023 - Firing baby. Ready in an hour. Beautifully rich, concentrated blue and black fruits. Lots of mocha, roasted coffee, caramel and a profound mineral core. Keeps you coming back for more and more. Enjoying this by the fire tonight on a 63F day. Ripe tannins, great finish. Cheers all!
