Monday, July 22, 2019 - Airoldi Fine Wines Winter Tasting (Oak Barrel, Elizabeth Street, Sydney): Farmyard and berry, earth, cedar, black plums, slight pencil shavings, red berries, mint. On the palate it's juicy and chewy with fruit sweet notes married to that farmyard stuff. Dense across the mid palate but all in all I find this complex and rather nice.
