Friday, November 19, 2021 - Opened and let air/warm up for an hour ahead of mild yellow chicken Thai curry. Pale straw color with a bight golden hue. The nose brings ripe orchard fruit and blossoms, including tangerines, oranges, limes, lemon curd, honeydew, and whiffs of petrol. The palate is medium, round, dry, and tight, bringing oranges, nectarines, peaches, pineapple, honey, graham crackers, soda water, and lemon zest into a chalky, extended finish. Still a little drying and compact, this will likely best best 2023-2030. Technical score: 94. Enjoyment score: 92.
