Tuesday, December 27, 2022 - White peach, pear and melon on the nose, along with floral and light spices. Medium bodied (7% ABV) with white peach and white pineapple upfront. Mid-body opens up a bit, showing good depth and bringing in passion fruit and mango to go along with richer peach and other mixed tropical notes. Acidity on the backside is excellent and when combined with the tart, citrus-based notes, the result is a wine that's able to show it's richness of fruit on a white-fruit frame and avoid overt sweetness. Showing well at present and should continue to evolve positively for a number of additional years.
