Saturday, April 6, 2024 - Dark cherries, wild strawberries, ripe blueberries, young plum and some nice spices and herbs on the palate. Tannins feel smooth and are nicely integrated. Super complex fruit structure and a great overall complexity. Quite modern and fruit driven style. It was surprisingly open but nevertheless I would suggest to give it a few more years in the cellar. Not the best Echézeaux from DRC I had but a great one. Was reasonably priced at the restaurant. (IG)
