Wednesday, July 4, 2018 - From the winery's fact sheet:
SIGHT: Bright yellow color with soft green tones. Persistent foam, fine and delicate bubbles.
NOSE: Honey aroma, toasted bread, tender tropical fruits such as peaches.
MOUTH: Soft entry, good acidity by its residual sugar content, elegance and persistence of fruit notes such as green apple. Adequate freshness and complexity.
LIMITED PRODUCTION: 60/100 qq/ha.
METHOD: Natural Manual Long, Charmat followings

It's a blend of Chardonnay and Viognier. Medium tangy fruit initial taste. Good sparkler. Not available in USA. Tried it at international wine trade show. Brought partial bottle home and took it to my neighbor's BBQ to toast the Fourth. Nice beginning to the holiday.
