Dark, almost amber in the glass. Mostly toasty brioche on the nose. Quite crisp on the palate but has a subtle medicinal note which isn’t very off putting.

This was unexpectedly good sparkling wine from Argentina. What a wonderful surprise. Great acidity, wonderful green apple and brioche notes. Fine bubbles. I would buy this again but where ti find it will be the trick. I snagged this one from Last Bottle.

From the winery's fact sheet: SIGHT: Bright yellow color with soft green tones. Persistent foam, fine and delicate bubbles. NOSE: Honey aroma, toasted bread, tender tropical fruits such as peaches. MOUTH: Soft entry, good acidity by its residual sugar content, elegance and persistence of fruit notes such as green apple. Adequate freshness and complexity. LIMITED PRODUCTION: 60/100 qq/ha. METHOD: Natural Manual Long, Charmat followings
It's a blend of Chardonnay and Viognier. Medium tangy fruit initial taste. Good sparkler. Not available in USA. Tried it at international wine trade show. Brought partial bottle home and took it to my neighbor's BBQ to toast the Fourth. Nice beginning to the holiday.

Delicious alone or splashed with Cointreau. Dry, apricots.

Lots of bubbles. Lots of mineral, hazelnut, a little apricot, mild cream. Bright, medium acidity and finish. Easy to drink!
