Monday, January 23, 2023 - Tasting 2017 Red Burgundy (Birch Road Cellar - Chicago IL): Red and black cherry with a bit of candied fruit and sweet spice. Very good concentration for its level, ending with brightness and finesse. Very good now, but this can certainly be cellared as well.
