Sunday, March 17, 2024 - A little vegetal and closed upon opening but after three hours it shows very well. Deep aromas of dark berries and wood/smoke, some spices. Intense palate of red berries, feels very fresh with its lively acidity. Length is decent, not extraordinary. Very agreeable structure to this and a superb food wine! So in conclusion, some maturation is evident but still plenty of fruit, exactly how I want my pinot to be.
