Saturday, November 28, 2015 - The Fourteenth Stonefields Dinner (Guelph, Ontario, Canada): The nose was dominated by fresh cut mint, lemon, dried apricot and honey.
The palate was quite viscous with tropical fruits, white plum, spice and white pepper. Could us a touch more acid in my mind as it is just so big and dense.
Finish was medium with moderate complexity
