Monday, March 2, 2020 - An explosive nose of tart cherry and herbs that allowed the palate of this wine to range from tannins and fruit all the way to a unexpected savoriness. The finish was as long as the nose was memorable. PnP at a restaurant with the last glass and a half being the best. The tannins and savory earthiness helps this wine compete with and not by steamrolled by the fattiness and flavors of a charred bone-in ribeye. Looking for more!
