Community Tasting Note

Monday, June 12, 2023 - Served this at an informal friend’s get together/dinner, along side home made slow cooked pulled pork sliders and coleslaw. Decanted the wine for 2 hours, similar to last tasting note in this. The wine was still amazing, so sophisticated, fruity yet elegant, well balanced, enjoyable. Yet compared with my former tasting note (already 2 years ago!), the fruit has started to fade a bit. The nose less expressive, impressive. Still an amazing wine, but it may be time to start serving this.
