  Very sophisticated Russian River Pinot Noir. Definitely in the drinking window as the fruit has subdued and tertiary notes are developing. Drink up.

  Served this at an informal friend’s get together/dinner, along side home made slow cooked pulled pork sliders and coleslaw. Decanted the wine for 2 hours, similar to last tasting note in this. The wine was still amazing, so sophisticated, fruity yet elegant, well balanced, enjoyable. Yet compared with my former tasting note (already 2 years ago!), the fruit has started to fade a bit. The nose less expressive, impressive. Still an amazing wine, but it may be time to start serving this.
