Monday, May 18, 2009 - Excellent wine! Had it with dinner tonight, it came straight out of the wine fridge, so I decanted using the Venturi to get some rapid aeration. Opened nicely. Starting to show some slight browning on the edges. I would buy another and let it sit for a while.
