Saturday, August 3, 2013 - A beautifully perfumed nose of cigar box mix of tobacco, graphite and cedarwood, with smoke, red and black fruit notes, truffles, leather, lavender, iron, a touch of herbal and exotic cinnamon, cumin and clove spices rounding off the complex aromas. A bit of light clearing at the edges of otherwise still deep ruby red color. Smooth, supple silky bright red fruit flavors of plums, cherries and cassis with minty herbal notes, mushrooms, some chocolate and coffee. A long lingering elegant finish.
