Saturday, February 10, 2018 - Virtually one year from the date this wine was last tasted, and what a difference. Perfect in every way. Lovely notes of cedar and lead pencil. Classic Pauillac. Open after a 2-3 hour decant. Tannins were soft, but this has another 10 plus years to go. Paired perfectly with a filet with a light Bearnaise sauce.
