Tuesday, September 24, 2019 - Kuki'o Wine Trip 2019; 9/22/2019-9/28/2019 (Champagne & Bordeaux): Classic Lynch nose of lead pencil and damp forest above beautifully mature red and black berry fruit. Subtly smoky. Highly expressive nose and a real crowd pleaser. I am always impressed with the big projection and playful aromatics of Lynch and find the reminiscent of but more classic than Mouton. Very '82 in character as well in terms of ripeness and power. Great. Rendered an '82 Montrose alongside very quiet.
