Friday, October 11, 2019 - 1982 Bordeaux lunch (Cucinetta): Amazing dark youthful colour of a wine 20 years younger. Cedar, lead pencils, camphor and rich Cabernet fruit is so fruit forward that it’s almost new world in style. Rich sweet palate with plenty of density, almost inky in fact. Very muscular in style but atypical in this line up. Plenty of time in hand but cannot see it improving .
