Thursday, September 24, 2015 - Beautiful, slightly oxidized (house-style) notes of dried yellow fruits, some nuts, minerality, honey, orange zest,vanilla, and with some air also some malty notes. It's pretty full-bodied, but super fresh with pretty high acidity and great mousse. Excellent lemgth. A very impressive and unique Champagne from Solera system.
