Wednesday, September 1, 2021 - Epic Bordeaux for an Epic Birthday!; 9/1/2021-9/12/2021 (Paris & Bordeaux): Ah what a treat and definitely my WOTN. This was just lovely. A 2019 disgorgement so still fairly young but even in the few years since we've had this there's been evolution. It's spicy and brioche and just plain interesting. Keeps bringing you back. I am a major fan.
