Thursday, September 30, 2021 - Beautifully pure, with notes of dark and dark red fruit, some cinnamon, sweet spices developping, also some animalic note, candied violets. It‘s medium+ bodied, with very good persistence, this is also showing nice medium-high acidity and medium tannin that is extremely silky. Pretty long finish. A very pretty VR 1er that is probably opening up even more with some more air or 2-3 years more in bottle.
