Monday, January 24, 2022 - This needed air. One hour decant in the cellar and an additional 30-40 minutes in the fridg and it's good to go. Used the New World Pinot Glass for this one.
Just a touch of sweetness with piercing red muddled fruit. On the palate it is super smooth and elegant with a most pleasing viscosity, absolutely fabulous. Drinking so nicely today I wouldn't wait if I had others.
